  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Fresh berries for topping

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. 2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are tender and the mixture has thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and let it sit for a couple of minutes to thicken further.
  4. 4. Serve the oatmeal in bowls, topped with fresh berries.
