  • 4 slices Vegan Brie Cheese
  • 1 Apple, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Whole grain bread
  • 2 tablespoon Vegan butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Spread vegan butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet.
  4. 4. Layer vegan brie cheese and apple slices on the bread in the skillet.
  5. 5. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
  6. 6. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
