Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets chopped
  • 1 cup Vegan bacon bits
  • ½ cup Red onion diced
  • ½ cup Sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup Dried cranberries

Dressing Ingredients

  • ½ cup Vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, vegan bacon bits, diced red onion, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the vegan mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
