Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam broccoli until tender.
  3. In a pan, sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
  4. Mix almond milk, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Combine broccoli, quinoa, and sautéed onions and garlic in a baking dish.
  6. Pour the almond milk mixture over the top.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
