  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Vegan cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, broccoli florets, vegan cheese, almond milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
