- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Cooked rice
- 1 cup Vegan cheese shredded
- 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, broccoli florets, vegan cheese, almond milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
