Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Vegan cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup Nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add flour and whisk until smooth. Gradually add almond milk, whisking constantly until thickened.
  4. Add nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the sauce. Stir in vegan cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine the broccoli and cheese sauce in a mixing bowl. Transfer to a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
