Ingredients

  • 1 head Broccoli chopped
  • 1 cup Vegan Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 4 cups Bread cubed
  • 2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the cubed bread, chopped broccoli, and shredded vegan cheddar cheese to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the strata is set.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
