Broccoli Cheddar Tots
These vegan broccoli cheddar tots are a delicious and healthy snack or side dish.

- 2 cups Broccoli Florets steamed and finely chopped
- 1 cup Vegan Cheddar Cheese shredded
- ½ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a food processor, pulse the steamed broccoli until finely chopped.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded vegan cheddar cheese, panko breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into small tots and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Let the tots cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
