- 4 cups Broccoli florets fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Vegan cheese shredded
- 1 cup Almond milk unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, vegan cheese, almond milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
