Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onions, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add broccoli, mushrooms, and bell pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
