  • 1 cup Quinoa rinsed
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 head Broccoli cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the quinoa, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.
  3. 3. Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, steamed broccoli, olive oil, and minced garlic. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve warm.
