Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups Broccoli florets chopped
- ½ cup Raisins
- ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ½ cup Sunflower seeds optional
Dressing Ingredients
- ½ cup Vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, raisins, red onion, and sunflower seeds.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the vegan mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup.
3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
