- 1 head Broccoli cut into florets
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the broccoli evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy.
