Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • ½ cup Chopped red onion
  • ½ cup Raisins
  • ¼ cup Sunflower seeds

Dressing

  • ½ cup Vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli florets, shredded carrots, chopped red onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together vegan mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
