Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the melted vegan butter, plant-based milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
