Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Tapioca pearls
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 cups Water for cooking tapioca pearls
  • 2 cups Plant-based milk e.g., almond or oat milk

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer until thickened into a syrup.
  3. 3. Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the brown sugar syrup. Stir to coat well.
  4. 4. Divide the tapioca pearls and syrup between two glasses.
  5. 5. Pour the plant-based milk over the tapioca pearls in each glass. Stir and serve with a straw.
