Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Baguette cut into ½ inch slices
  • 2 cups Tomatoes diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Top each toasted baguette slice with the tomato mixture.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh basil and serve immediately.
