Bruschetta Tomato Basil Recipe
A simple and delicious vegan bruschetta recipe with fresh tomatoes and basil.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Baguette cut into ½ inch slices
- 2 cups Tomatoes diced
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
3. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
4. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper.
5. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
