Main Ingredients
- 500 g Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and breadcrumbs.
Bake for another 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
