Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake for another 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
