  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and maple syrup. Simmer until reduced by half.
  5. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the roasted Brussels sprouts before serving.
