Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 1 cup Baby corn
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce (vegan)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add the broccoli, carrots, snow peas, baby corn, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the soy sauce, vegan oyster sauce, and vegetable broth. Stir well.
  5. 5. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
