Instructions
1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add the broccoli, carrots, snow peas, baby corn, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the soy sauce, vegan oyster sauce, and vegetable broth. Stir well.
5. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
