Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos Recipe
Spicy and delicious vegan tacos with buffalo cauliflower.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
- 0.5 cup diced red onion
- 0.25 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado sliced
- Lime wedges for serving
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until smooth.
Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, letting excess drip off, and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Remove from oven and toss cauliflower in buffalo sauce.
Return to oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
Warm tortillas and assemble tacos with buffalo cauliflower, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and avocado.
Serve with lime wedges.
