Ingredients

  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup chickpeas, mashed
  • ¼ cup vegan mayo
  • ¼ cup celery, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup green onions, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 large celery stalks, cut into 3-inch pieces

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix mashed chickpeas, buffalo sauce, vegan mayo, chopped celery, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spoon the mixture into the celery sticks.
  3. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving.
