  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. Add olive oil, flour, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. 6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a bun and place on a baking tray.
  7. 7. Let the buns rise for another 20 minutes.
  8. 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
