Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Black Beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Corn Kernels canned or fresh
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 4 Large Tortillas
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the cooked rice, black beans, and corn. Stir until warmed through.
  2. 2. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Divide the rice mixture evenly among the tortillas.
  3. 3. Top each tortilla with avocado slices, salsa, and shredded lettuce.
  4. 4. Roll up the tortillas, folding in the sides as you go, to form burritos.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
