  • ½ cup Vegan butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the almond milk and mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the melted vegan butter into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  5. Spoon the batter over the melted butter and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
