Ingredients 

Pancake Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Non-dairy milk such as almond or soy
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. 2. In another bowl, combine the non-dairy milk and apple cider vinegar. Let it sit for a few minutes to curdle.
  3. 3. Add the vanilla extract and vegetable oil to the milk mixture.
  4. 4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. 5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. 6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
