  • 1 large Butternut squash peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the butternut squash cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread the squash evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the squash is tender and golden brown.
  5. Serve hot.
