Main Ingredients
- 1 large Butternut squash peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the butternut squash cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Spread the squash evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the squash is tender and golden brown.
Serve hot.
