Ingredients

  • 16 oz Button mushrooms stems removed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the mushroom caps with olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet, gill side up.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.
  5. Serve warm.
