Main Ingredients
- 16 oz Button mushrooms stems removed
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the mushroom caps with olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet, gill side up.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.
Serve warm.
