Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage large
  • 1 cup Rice cooked
  • 1 cup Chickpeas cooked
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil a large pot of water. Add cabbage leaves and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cooked rice, chickpeas, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Place a spoonful of the rice mixture onto each cabbage leaf. Roll up and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  4. 4. Serve warm and enjoy!
