- ½ head Cabbage shredded
- 1 cup Carrots shredded
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, and red onion.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
4. Let the slaw sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
