Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 2 pcs Carrots sliced
  • 1 pc Onion diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 6 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add a splash of vegetable broth and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  2. 2. Add the carrots and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the chopped cabbage and the remaining vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
