Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta any kind
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing vegan
  • 2 cups Chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Vegan Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat with the garlic and oil.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and transfer the pasta to a large mixing bowl. Add the vegan Caesar dressing and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Add the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and vegan Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to combine.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
