Ingredients

  • ½ cup Raw Cashews soaked in water for 2 hours
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Capers drained
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. 2. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  3. 3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. 4. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week.
