  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Red Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, bell peppers, and red onion.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the veggies and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place the veggies on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.
  5. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
