Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the vegetables and olive oil. Toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss again.
  4. Transfer the vegetables to a baking dish and spread them out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly browned.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
