Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ cup Warm water

Filling

  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Vegan cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, olive oil, salt, and warm water. Knead until a smooth dough forms.
  3. 3. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each into a circle.
  4. 4. Spread tomato sauce on one half of each dough circle, leaving a border.
  5. 5. Add vegan cheese and chopped vegetables on top of the sauce.
  6. 6. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
  7. 7. Place the calzones on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
