Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, olive oil, salt, and warm water. Knead until a smooth dough forms.
3. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each into a circle.
4. Spread tomato sauce on one half of each dough circle, leaving a border.
5. Add vegan cheese and chopped vegetables on top of the sauce.
6. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
7. Place the calzones on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
