  • 3 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter smooth or chunky
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add the rolled oats to the peanut butter mixture and stir until the oats are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown.
  6. Let the granola cool completely on the baking sheet before transferring it to an airtight container.
