- 1 loaf Baguette sliced
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Fresh basil leaves chopped
- 1 cup Vegan mozzarella shredded
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic glaze
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush them with olive oil.
Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, basil, vegan mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
