Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves chopped
  • 1 cup Vegan mozzarella shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic glaze
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush them with olive oil.
  3. Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, basil, vegan mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
