Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 unit Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Vegan mozzarella shredded
  • 1 handful Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Top with halved cherry tomatoes and shredded vegan mozzarella.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves before serving.
