Caprese Recipe
A simple and delicious vegan caprese salad.

Main Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 8 oz vegan mozzarella sliced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Slice the tomatoes and vegan mozzarella.
2. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a plate, alternating between them.
3. Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices.
4. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
