- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- 8 oz Vegan Mozzarella sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Arrange the sliced vegan mozzarella, halved cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves on a serving plate.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
