  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 8 oz Vegan Mozzarella sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Arrange the sliced vegan mozzarella, halved cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves on a serving plate.
