- 2 cups Strawberries sliced
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves torn
- 1 cup Vegan Mozzarella cubed
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, halved cherry tomatoes, torn basil leaves, and cubed vegan mozzarella.
Drizzle the balsamic glaze and olive oil over the salad.
