Caprese Salad Twist Recipe
A vegan twist on the classic Caprese Salad.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves torn
- 1 cup Vegan Mozzarella cubed
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
In a mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, torn basil leaves, and cubed vegan mozzarella.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
