  • 4 slices Vegan bread
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Toast the vegan bread slices if desired.
  2. 2. Layer the cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves on two slices of bread.
  3. 3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Top with the remaining bread slices and serve immediately.
