Main Ingredients
- 2 large zucchinis spiralized
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves chopped
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Spiralize the zucchinis into zoodles.
In a large bowl, combine zoodles, cherry tomatoes, and basil.
In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the zoodle mixture and toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
