- 2 cups diced apples peeled
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups vegan yogurt
- ½ cup granola
1. In a saucepan, cook the diced apples with maple syrup and cinnamon over medium heat until tender and caramelized, about 10 minutes.
2. In serving glasses, layer the vegan yogurt, caramelized apples, and granola.
3. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
4. Serve immediately or chill for later.
