Instructions
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Add seitan to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the seitan for 5-7 minutes until browned.
Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
Assemble tacos with seitan, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and avocado.
Serve with lime wedges.
