Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb seitan sliced thin
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 whole avocado sliced
  • to taste Lime wedges for serving

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Add seitan to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the seitan for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
  5. Assemble tacos with seitan, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and avocado.
  6. Serve with lime wedges.
