Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large Carrots peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 medium Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium Jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced carrots, lime juice, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Mix well and let it sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Serve chilled as an appetizer or side dish.
