Main Ingredients
- 4 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup raisins
- ¼ cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine grated carrots and raisins.
2. Add vegan mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
